My one and only Senior boy this year. He was super fun and a great model. He even scaled a broken down building to get me a shot that I'd been wanting to try for a long time. I'm pretty sure none of the girls would have done that!
This was my last Senior session for the 2010 graduating class. Good luck all of you, I can't wait to see what your futures hold!

Art Show

I was invited to participate in an art exhibit next month. I will have some of my images on display (not sure which ones yet). I was also invited to be a judge for the children and youth competition. It's open to the public and should be a wonderful display of local talent. There will be visual as well as performing arts. Come out and bring your family. I'm looking forward to it!

The Graham Family

I'm pretty sure that Jennifer and I raised our kids at Burger King play place the entire time I lived in Georgia. I was so excited to see her and her fabulous family while I was there visiting. You know how when you move away, you imagine everyone has stayed exactly the same? I couldn't believe how big the kids have gotten, apparently life goes on even when you move away!

Miss Sarah

Sarah, you were a pleasure to work with! I loved meeting you and your awesome family too! I feel like you all came in as clients and left as friends. That's got to be the best thing about my job! I'm looking forward to working with you all again.

Can I just add that I'm crazy jealous that your going on your senior trip to FRANCE!!! I'll be crossing my fingers for a French wedding for you or your sister!

Jordan

Jordan is incredibly beautiful and looked smoken in ALLLL of her portraits. Now if I could just convince her to agree with me! She's gonna kill me for that...

ENGAGED

Ahhhh, to be young and newly engaged. There's something so powerful about new love. I took these engagement portraits while I was in Georgia last weekend and it just made me want to board a plane and run home to my hubby! I couldn't get these two to stop kissing and laughing. It was pretty much impossible to get a dreamy, starry eyed shot because they were so freaking happy they could only grin really huge the entire time. Congrats to you two!!!! I cannot wait until the wedding in July, I'm afraid you won't be able to stop kissing long enough to take pictures though!

The Sheldricks

I got a call from Colita because she needed some family portraits done before they move to JAPAN! I'm a little jealous because I'm a travel addict and I haven't been anywhere exotic in a long time. I'm feeling the withdrawals lately!
When the Sheldricks came to my house for their session, my daughter and Colita's daughter both kinda squealed. Apparently they are in the same class at school and they're totally good buddies.
Even funnier is that when Colita first called me my daughter had been listening to my conversation with her. When I hung up the phone she said that she had a friend at school who was about to move to Japan and wouldn't it be funny if it was their family. Well sure enough, it was!

Baby #2

Can't wait to meet this little one in a few weeks!

The Best Baby

He's just the happiest baby ever, it makes my job so easy. I took his first portraits when he was just new and fresh, it feels like that was just last month but nope! Here we are doing his 6 month session. I can't wait to see what his 1 year shoot will turn out like!
